ENJOY STELVIO NATIONAL PARK, THIRD EDITION

Enjoy Stelvio National Park is back in 2020 for its third edition.

Some of the most famous cycling climbs in the Alps, the scene of so many sporting feats, take centre stage once again this summer in the park.

The Stelvio, Gavia and Mortirolo passes, where so many champions have pedalled their way into the history books of the Giro D’Italia, are the stars of the show, with the addition of the road to Cancano which on 28th May will be the finish line on one of the stages this year.

Take on long sequences of turns that challenge any sports enthusiast, cyclists and non. Experience the rush of following in the footsteps of champions past and present. Push yourself further than you thought possible and reach your destination while enjoying spectacular views. Those who are less fit can still take part using an e-bike.

All this on roads that have been reserved, for a few days only, exclusively for outdoor sports, and closed to motorised traffic for the duration of the event.

This is one of the most important elements of Enjoy Stelvio National Park, where silence returns to the park for just a few hours, allowing cyclists and hikers the chance to enjoy their time on the road without the constant hum of traffic.

The road closures will be concentrated on consecutive days on three weekends so those who want to take on more than one climb can do so.

The calendar for the traffic free events is as follows:
